WASHINGTON STATE SYRAH
One of the most exciting wines coming out of the Washington State is this intensely rich Syrah. Both aromatic and flavorful with fresh flower, tapenade, and blue fruit. Savory flavors that sail on through a long finish.

WASHINGTON STATE CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Washington cabs are known for their mouth-watering ripeness, fantastic natural acidity and firm tannins that make balanced, food-friendly wines with depth and complexity. Washington state Cabernet Sauvignon wines have become known around the world.

CALIFORNIA (OLD VINE LODI) MERLOT
Old world varietal in the new world, from extremely old vines. Rich with soft, smooth tannins and black currant undertones with an underlying pepper nose. The “smoky” oak flavours add to the wines subtle softness. Its long, full, elegant finish will leave you wanting more.

CHILEAN MALBEC
This South American favorite offers a deep garnet robe. The flavours are of intense ripe red fruits with a hint of cinnamon. The well-balanced oak only enhances the wines characteristics.

ITALIAN BAROLO
The “King of Kings” as the old house of Italy’s famed Piedmount region claim. This Barolo meets the calling with a brilliant garnet radiance. Generous and robust, this style has hints of violets and fresh herbs. Oak, acidity and tannins in perfect harmony, deliver a wine that will fare well from cellaring. ITALIAN AMARONE
This powerful red wine bursts with tree-ripened fruit flavours balanced to an unrivaled finesse. The wine is majestic from its deep rich red colour to its heavy body. SHIRAZ MERLOT
Subtle aroma of leather and black pepper match well with the rich blackberry flavours. Full bodied, this wine has intense jam and spice flavours. The softening of Merlot produces a wine with a complex structure yet pleasant drinking.

CABERNET SYRAH
These two varieties are well matched. Cabernet Sauvignon's structure and depth is ameliorated by the ripe, velvety addition of Shiraz. Combining creates a complex wine full of bright berry , juicy, jammy fruit flavors.

What every red wine want to be; a robust red. Very dry and full bodied with a wonderful bouquet of violets and fresh herbs.  Alcohol, acidity and tannins in perfect balance make for a wine fit for kings. Open an hour before serving.

AMARONE

A powerful red wine with intense aromas of dried fruit, spices and cherries, currant and chocolate. Dry and yet an extremely soft palate. Always majestic, elegant and full flavoured.

Crisp, clean and intense is the only way to describe this wine. A herbaceous nose and flowery undertones lead up to its wonderful citrus flavour.

CHILEAN CHARDONNAY
An elegant wine with rich aromas of honey, tropical fruit and ripe apples fresh off the tree. Full bodied with an abundance of oak complimented by vanilla undertones.

CHILEAN SEMILLON CHARDONNAY

ITALIAN CARMENERE
With a distinct black currant nose with fruit jam flavours, this is sure to please. Its soft integrated tannins allow for early consumption, yet the wine ages gracefully due to its rich, complex nature. Exhibits aromas of coffee, mocha and green pepper.
